At FLY Clothing Co, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. Because we feature both custom-printed collections and curated retail items, return options depend specifically on how your item was purchased.
1. Direct Purchases via FLY Clothing Co (Printify Fulfillment)
Because our house-brand apparel is custom-printed to order, we do not hold physical inventory. We offer a clear and fair policy to protect your direct purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your custom item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing text defect, or is the wrong size/color by our error, we take full responsibility. We will issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
Time Window: You must report the issue to us at [Your Support Email Address] within thirty (30) days of the delivery date with a clear photograph of the printing issue. You do NOT need to mail the item back.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Choice: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for standard size exchanges or customer change-of-mind once an item is printed. Please consult our product sizing guides carefully before buying.
2. Curated Marketplace Purchases (Amazon Affiliate Items)
For any lifestyle items or outfits where you were redirected to Amazon.com to complete your checkout:
Return Processing: FLY Clothing Co does not process returns, replacements, or refunds for these items.
Policy: All returns are handled smoothly under Amazon’s 30-day return window. To initiate a return, please log directly into your Amazon customer account and visit your “Orders” tab.
3. Order Cancellations
For direct purchases made on our site, cancellation requests must be emailed to [Your Support Email Address] within two (2) hours of checkout. Once an order enters our automated production loop, it cannot be modified or halted.
