Thank you for shopping at FLY Clothing Co. We operate as a hybrid retail design studio and curated fashion showcase. Because we utilize multiple fulfillment models to bring you complete outfits, shipping structures vary by item type.

 1. Print-On-Demand Production & Fulfillment (Direct Purchases)
Items manufactured directly by FLY Clothing Co (such as our custom graphic apparel, tank tops, and accessories) are made dynamically to order.
Standard Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for printing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is dispatched from our facilities.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

 2. Fulfillment Locations (Direct Purchases)
Our design studio operates globally, while our core manufacturing and printing facilities are located entirely within the United States. Direct orders placed by our customers in the US (including New York City, Los Angeles, and all other states) are produced and shipped locally from our US-based manufacturing hubs to ensure fast delivery.
Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days.(after production is completed). shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional delivery partners depending on the production facility and destination
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 5 to 12 business days.

 3. Curated & Affiliate Marketplace Items (Amazon Purchases)
Some products, outfit accents, or styling combinations showcased on our website are fulfilled via our partnership with the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program.
Fulfillment: When you purchase an affiliate-linked item, you are completing your transaction directly on Amazon.com.
Shipping Rates & Speed: Shipping speeds, tracking, and delivery timelines for those specific items are governed entirely by Amazon’s shipping policies (including Amazon Prime delivery speeds where applicable). FLY Clothing Co does not process shipping or handling fees for these items.
